Hamlet were successful in the tender process and obtained the contract for crucial enabling works at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea. The works involved re-modelling and refurbishment to provide administration areas for multiple departments.  

We created the space and completed preparations for: 

• The Private Patients Accounts Department. 
• The Chairman and the Chairman’s PA. 
• The ‘Friends of the Royal Marsden’ Charity. 
• Facilities Department. 
• New Pharmacy facility. 

The works included: 

• Striping out the existing fixtures and finishes. 
• Structural alterations to provide re-modelled accommodation. 
• New floor coverings. 
• Suspended ceilings. 
• New doorsets. 
• Full re-decoration. 
• New electrical installations, including power and lighting. 
• New Fire Alarm System. 
• New Access Control Systems. 
• New data and telephone infrastructure. 
• Alterations to plumbing and drainage services. 
• Installation of new Air Conditioning systems.
