The Project:

Hamlet were successful in another tender process and were given the contract to undertake necessary alteration to an existing vacant medical facility in Abbots Langley. Our work was to create space for the Physiotherapy and Outpatient Services, which were being transferred from Watford General Hospital.

The works included:

Construction of new partitions to create the required layout.
New floor coverings.
Suspended ceilings.
New doorsets.
Full re-decoration.
New electrical installation, to including power and lighting.
New data and telephone infrastructure.
New Fire Alarm System.
New plumbing and drainage services.
Installation of new Clinical Wash Hand Basins.
Installation of new Plaster Sink.
Cutting back and clearance of overgrown vegetation, trees, and bushes.
Laying new tarmac to car park entrance.
