ENABLING WORKS FOR BOOTS PHARMACIES

Following a successful tender, we were awarded this contract by The Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The project was to carry out enabling works to key areas for new Boots Pharmacy outlets at their Chelsea and Sutton Hospital sites. 

The new Boots Pharmacy Dispensaries were located alongside the existing Hospital Pharmacy facilities on both sites. As such, careful programming and co-ordination of the works were required to minimise any disruption to their daily operations and critical dispensing to the Hospitals patients. 

The works included: 

• Structural alterations to create the physical space for the new outlets. 
• The stripping out of redundant fixtures and finishes.  
• Construction of new partitions. 
• Alterations and diversion of existing Mechanical and Electrical services around the sites. 
• Installation of new Electrical infrastructure to serve the fit out of the new dispensaries. 
• Installation of new Plumbing and Drainage infrastructure to serve the requirements of the new facilities.
